These are a brand new Wii Wi-Fi adapter board, they control all the wireless network functions of the Wii console such as accessing the internet or media streaming from your wireless network at home. From what we know when one of these dies in your Wii console, the machine will no longer boot in most cases, so if your Wii has stopped booting or if you no longer have any WiFi access for your console you can replace your old Wi-Fi board with these brand new ones.
